Description:Under general supervision of Manger of Central Operations, supervises customer service staff, prepares and works public service desk, and provides patron accounts maintenance. Supervises customer Service Staff; insures effective, courteous working relationship with all library customers: performs circulation control duties; assists customers with self-check; provides basic circulation and registration services to assure customers ready access to library materials: performs office tasks to maintain the effective execution of departmental activities:. Requirements include demonstrated experience and ability to supervise staff, interact successful with coworkers and the public, organize work effectively, and follow instructions. Also requires a knowledge of literature and library resources, intermediate computer skills, and excellent physical stamina. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with emphasis on public services. This is a full-time exempt position with some evenings and weekends required. Full time.
